Natural Instincts is fine, I've never had any problems with it.
You'll be safe with any brands in your supermarket, the only problems I've ever had with hair dye is when I bleached my hair.
If you're very worried about your hair though, manic panic actually heals your hair while it dyes it, although it doesn't work as well for natural colors.How bad is Natural Instincts dye for you hair?
i've never heard that it's that bad. i would try a natural dye, though, something organic =D
