The commericial says it makes your hair look healthier after every use. Is this true? Or just marketing?

Semi-permanent hair color is good for your hair because it doesn't penetrate into the hair cuticle, thus it doesn't damage. However, I would suggest you buy semi-permanent color from a beauty supply store. You never know what is in the store bought products.
